Our provider is having connectivity issues in London at the moment, which is affecting players in the UK and surrounding countries as they route through the location.

This is already being investigated and we expect it to be resolved shortly.

Our provider is experiencing a large outage affecting everyone within the UK, and those who route through it (some Europeans).

This was an unexpected outage relating to edge peering adjustments apparently, with it taking up to 20 minutes "tops" to get fixed.

As usual, we'll update here with the news as we hear it.

We've ran into some issues that are out of our control while we were migrating our backend cluster to NA from EU. The engineers have been notified and we're just waiting for a response from them now.

Both servers are affected and will be down until this is resolved. This is a separate incident from the hardware maintenance for Freeroam #1.

Players are reporting issues while connecting, and this seems to be a confirmed problem with our upstream provider.

The issue is being looked into, and for now, it seems like only EU players are affected.
