    Our provider is experiencing a large outage affecting everyone within the UK, and those who route through it (some Europeans).

    This was an unexpected outage relating to edge peering adjustments apparently, with it taking up to 20 minutes "tops" to get fixed.

    The cluster is operating normally now and we're monitoring for anymore issues.

    We've ran into some issues that are out of our control while we were migrating our backend cluster to NA from EU. The engineers have been notified and we're just waiting for a response from them now.

    Both servers are affected and will be down until this is resolved. This is a separate incident from the hardware maintenance for Freeroam #1.

CDN Maintenance for Asia / APAC

    We'll be adding another 10Gbit/s of extra capacity to our CDN, in a brand new location: Tokyo, Japan.

    This will improve streaming speeds for players in that region, as well as Australia / New Zealand. Players in these regions should expect issues while we work out the kinks - this should take no longer than 30 minutes.
